Pool Table Reservations We accept pool table reservations for parties of 2 to 9 guests only. If your party size is 10 or more guests, you are required to reserve a private event space in advance. Large groups may not reserve standard pool tables. Advance Reservation Policy For reservations on Sunday and Monday through Thursday, requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations requested with less than 48 hours notice are not guaranteed and will be accommodated only if availability and staffing permit. We do not accept pool table reservations from 5 p.m. to close on Tuesdays, Fridays, or Saturdays. During these times, all tables are first come, first served. Arrival and Grace Period Policy We allow a 15 minute grace period from the scheduled reservation time. If your full party has not arrived within 15 minutes of the reservation time, the reservation may be canceled and the table released to waiting guests. Please plan accordingly, especially during peak hours. Important Guidelines • Groups of 10 or more who arrive without a private event reservation will be limited to one available table only and must wait for the first open table. We cannot guarantee availability or seating together. • Multiple reservations may not be combined to accommodate larger parties. • The actual party size must match the reservation. We reserve the right to adjust or cancel reservations if the guest count exceeds what was booked. To ensure the best possible experience for your guests and our team, we strongly recommend booking private space in advance for large parties and submitting reservation requests at least 48 hours ahead of time.
